We have a purpose to help customers to make more informed decisions and find the most sensible product for them. Current Job Vacancies Available
Senior Underwriter
We are looking for a senior underwriter to join our team who will be responsible for analyzing customer loan applications and overseeing the approval and declining of incoming loan requests. The candidate should be familiar with using loan softwares, data analysis and modelling. We are looking for analytical individuals who can work in a team and provide constructive feedback, ideally with previous underwriting experience of at least 3 years in the same industry.
Customer Services
In our busy customer service team, we need a fresh and bubbly individual who can answer numerous calls a day and be involved in every aspect the loan application. Our customer service agents are involved in the prepping of a loan request, by confirming and cross-checking the details of our borrowers, whilst putting them forward for funding and then being responsible for following up on bad debt and missed loan repayments. The applicant does not require previous experience in the loans industry, but must be driven, have good attention to detail and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day. Bonuses are available for achieving various goals and targets.
Marketing Executive
We are looking for a marketing executive to assist our current marketing department with various aspects of their job, including copywriting, social media posting, search engine marketing, email distribution and new content creation. Willing to accept all levels of experience and no prior experience in the loans industry required. Individual candidate must have a high level of written english and communication skills and be able to work comfortably in a team environment, to give feedback and offer advice.
